Tender description

Companies specialising in the improvement of greenspaces to undertake enhancement of a number of sites across the Sparrow Hall Neighbourhood. There are a number of incidental greenspaces/grass verges that populate the Sparrow Hall Estate in Norris Green (see attached list). To help increase community pride and to achieve the related increase in ownership by the community to their local environment, the Sparrow Hall Greenspace Improvement Programme will utilise funds available in the area to enhance sites across the neighbourhood. Companies will be required to present a work programme of improvements for each site including ongoing maintenance for the duration of the contract within the available budget.
