Tender description
The contract is for a new Integrated Health Improvement and Behaviour Change Service for Southampton. Theservice will replace a number of previously commissioned services including Smoking Cessation, Health Trainer,and Health Promotion Services. The service will play a key role in supporting health improvement and behaviour change across Southampton’shealth and care system and delivery of Southampton’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The Service Provider isexpected to work closely with Southampton City Council’s Public Health Team to provide health improvementleadership and expertise, and advocate public health principles and action to improve health and wellbeing andreduce health inequalities across the city.
