Tender description

The provision of an Externally Hosted Card Management and Host Operator or Processing System(s) and Associated Services for Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council. The Contract shall be for 7 years from the Acceptance Date, but with an option for either Party to terminate for convenience, with 6 months' prior written notice, any time on or after 3½ years after the Acceptance Date. The provision of an Externally Hosted Card Management and Host Operator or Processing System(s) and Associated Services for Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council. The councils required the Contractor to: Provide and manage an externally hosted Solution; Have an ITSO certified Solution; Capture and process data for applications, renewals and cessation of concessionary and commercial travel cards and usage of these cards; and Provide management information from the Solution.
