Tender description

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (the ‘Council’) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to enter into a term contract (the ‘Contract’) to deliver care and support services to adults with learning disability in the Council's catchment area and to transform the service. The contract term is up to seven (7) years with the potential to extend up to five (5) for a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance. Further details are set out below and in the tender documents. Notwithstanding the information given elsewhere in this notice, this procurement is subject to Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Contract is a contract for ‘social and other services’ and therefore subject to Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). The Council has elected to conduct this procurement in a manner which is generally consistent with the competitive procedure with negotiation set out at Regulation 29 of the Regulations.
