There will be no guarantee that any contractor on the framework will be called on to deliver a service. The following is an indicative guide to the type of work to be carried out: Mechanical — General plumbing and heating repairs and adjustments; — Heating and vent plant maintenance; — Installation of taps, sinks wastes etc.; — Clearing waste blockages.
