However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The following are requirements of the service: 1.We require a contractor that is able to provide appliances across our national stock base. The merger of Affinity Sutton and Circle has created a housing provider with over 125,000 properties across 176 local authorities in England. We have homes from Newcastle-upon-Tyne to Plymouth and a high percentage of homes in the capital across 28 London boroughs. To be successful you will need to be able to provide, deliver and install 'white goods' appliances right across this entire stock base. This will include gas and electric freestanding cookers, fridge freezers and washing machines. Although these are the most common ones it has been beneficial for some variation such as inbuilt cooker and hobs, washer driers and under the counter fridges or freezers.
