NEUPC is seeking to appoint contractors for the supply of patent, trademarks and intellectual property rights services to a Framework Agreement for use by Universities and Colleges who are members of HE Consortia i.e. NEUPC, SUPC, NWUPC, LUPC and HEPCW.
