Leicester City Council's (LCC) Arts and Museums Service hold a unique collection of roman mosaics and wall plasters made and used locally. These mosaics are in a variety of conditions and mountings. LCC invites tenders for the Conservation and Restoration and Storage of these Mosaics and Wall Plasters. Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a Supplier who has the necessary skill, expertise and proven experience to: • Removal of the Mosaics • Conservation and restoration of the Mosaics • Removal of four (4) large and one (1) small Wall plasters • Reinstallation of all to agreed specification Further details are located in the specification of the Tender document.
