Move Management Services : One Council - Time 2 Change

Tender description

Bracknell Forest wishes to commission a move management company to assist and manage the relocation of its staff and the Council Chamber currently based at Easthampstead House to Time Square. The move management will need to include the decanting process which will be put in to operation in order to free up floors within Time Square to allow constructions works to be undertaken in October 2017. The contract will not have a specific duration, although will cover the period of moves anticipated to start in August and run through to Spring 2018 at various intervals in accordance with the phasing document attached (see Appendix A – Specification). Please note: Organisations are required to register their interest against this opportunity, if they wish to receive clarifications to any questions raised.
