Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί η λειτουργία του ΧΥΤΑ της 3ης ΔΕ Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου και των λοιπών υποδομών. Στη διάρκεια των 4 ετών, η εκτιμώμενη ποσότητα απορριμμάτων για τη διάθεση στον ΧΥΤΑ ανέρχεται σε 128.068 τόνους και η εκτιμώμενη ποσότητα για προσωρινή διαχείριση ανέρχεται σε 15.000 τόνους.
