Tender description

The University is in need of a new website. The existing platform is no longer fit for purpose and cannot be upgraded. It also does not feature a lot of the functionality offered by modern websites, including personalisation and machine learning, or the content required by our prospective target audiences. Because the website is the main marketing and recruitment tool for the University, with around 3 300 000 visitors per year, we need to ensure it works as hard as possible to attract and convert our target audiences. Whilst addressing the current needs of the University Group, the website needs to have potential to grow and evolve as necessary to continue to meet changing requirements. In particular it is essential that the website can be altered in response to changes in technology, regulation and user behaviour/needs. Website development and hosting.
