Registration on the site is free and may be taken by any economic operator at any time This is a prior information notice only Economic operators should please note that this is only a Prior Information Notice and expressions of interest in tendering are not being sought at this stage. The London Borough of Croydon is hosting a soft market testing event on the London Tenders Portal (https://procontract.due-north.com). Interested organisations are welcome to respond our questions and influence the future strategy and packaging of any subsequent OJEU procurement process. Existing Highways Provision The Councils existing highway maintenance and inspection provision has been provided since 2011 by an outsourced term service contract operated by KIER. The term service arrangement provided by KIER delivers the routine and non-routine (reactive) highway maintenance function and winter maintenance. The current term service contract arrangement ends in October 2018, and as part of the Commissioning Cycle. The current contract includes (but is not limited to) the following services — Winter Service Provision, drainage maintenance, structures maintenance, resurfacing Services, emergency and out of hours response and highway schemes delivery.
