Tender description
Bristol City Council will shortly be seeking secondary zone providers to deliver home care in the zones where there is currently no secondary zone provider as well as appointing more secondary providers to operate at a citywide level. Successful providers will be required to provide care and support services between the hours of 6:00 and 23:00 We are holding a pre tender event on Thursday 6.7.2017 at City Hall, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TR, 10:00 - 12:00 noon GMT. If you would like to attend please register your interest at:- https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/secondary-zone-provider-pre-tender-event-tickets-35405855868 The provision of Home Care in Bristol is split into the following zones: Zone 1 — Knowle, Brislington East and Brislington West; Zone 2 — Filwood, Hengrove and Stockwood; Zone 3 — Bishopsworth, Hartcliffe, and Whitchurch; Zone 4 — Southville, Bedminster and Windmill Hill; Zone 5 — Ashley, Lawrence Hill and Cabot; Zone 6 — Easton, St George East and St George West; Zone 7 — Eastville, Hillfields and Fromevale; Zone 8 — Lockleaze, Southmead and Horfield (including the prison); Zone 9 — Bishopston, Redland, Cotham, Clifton and Clifton East; Zone 10 — Henbury, Westbury-on-Trym and Henleaze; Zone 11 — Avonmouth, Kingsweston and Stoke Bishop. The council intends to seek appointment of secondary home care provider(s) to operate in zone where there is currently no secondary zone provider operating and appoint city wide providers. It is envisaged an open tendering process will be conducted for these services.
