In order to gain further market intelligence on the proposed APMS contract for Waterside Surgery and Bentham Road Health Centre NHS England (North) is publishing a Request for Information documentation. The information gained from this exercise will help guide the upcoming procurement process. NECS is working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Lancashire and South Cumbria) and is publishing a Request for Information (RFI) to gain an understanding of the markets views regarding an Alternative Provider Medical Service. These services are currently being delivered from Waterside Surgery Health and Wellbeing Centre, Infirmary Street, Blackburn, BB2 3SF and Bentham Road Health Centre, Bentham Road, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 4QD. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this market engagement and communicate with providers. There will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communication with NECS, including your submission will be conducted via the portal at https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS hosted by PROACTIS.
