Expert witness services

Tender description

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) intends establishing a pan-regulator framework featuring suppliers able to deliver expert services, including expert witness services, to support cases across a number of regulatory bodies. In the case of TPR this might be where there is serious governance, investment, funding or other issues associated with pension schemes. The framework is intended to run over four years and the proposed structure is to have multiple lots, which are likely to include: (1) Actuarial (2) Covenant (3) Forensic (4) Investment (5) Lending (6) Property (7) Restructuring (8) Tax (9) Valuation. Estimated cost for the 4 year period ranges from between 1 and 50 000 000 including VAT TPR is intending to hold a pre-procurement market engagement event in Brighton with interested suppliers in July.
