Experiential Learning Facilitation for MBA Workshop - AWARD

Tender description

The University is seeking tenders from highly experienced Facilitators to deliver 2-3 days of facilitated learning under the terms of this ITT. This shall form part of the 3-day intense experiential learning programme held at the start of the full-time MBA programme. Candidates bidding for this role will have relevant expertise and a proven track record of facilitating similar programmes in Higher Education, where possible. This ITT relates specifically to the Core Capabilities module, which is designed to help students develop the skills that are vital for effective managing and leading. The module focuses on three things: their cognitive conduct, their collaborative conduct and, most crucially, their reflectivity. The successful Facilitators will be required to focus specifically on the development of reflectivity and collaborative conduct.
