Tender description

Cardiff and the Vale UHB wishes to enter into a multi lot Minor Works Framework which will be used to appoint contractors for a range of trades for example asbestos, heating, ventilation and general building works. Once operational, the Minor Works Framework will enable the Estates team direct access to an efficient and cost effect local supply base for a wide variety of trade and services. This procurement includes all minor works, ranging from 500 000 GBP - 2 000 000 GBP. The list is not exhaustive as we are currently still evaluating what is included. The scope of the work is inclusive but not limiting to lots such as; General Building, Ventilation, Air Quality and Water Treatment, Painters, Decorators, Asbestos Remediation, Heating engineers, Doors, Fire Safety, Legionella, Roofing, Electrical Generators, Lighting, Sterile Services, Carpentry, Glass Installation, Floor / Tile fitters, PAT Testing, Pneumatic Air Tubing. This procurement includes all minor works, ranging from 2 000 000 GBP - 4 000 000 GBP. The list is not exhaustive as we are currently still evaluating what is included. The scope of the work is inclusive but not limiting to lots such as; Project Managers, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Ground Works.
