Tender description

As part of the development of a procurement strategy for the training of Children's Panel system volunteers, Children's Hearings Scotland is seeking views and information from stakeholders and suppliers in connection to the areas set out in this Request for Supplier Information (RFI). This contract opportunity is for the provision of national training to the Children's Hearings Scotland volunteer community. The Service Provider will be required to facilitate and deliver a full end to end service for up to 5 years. The service sought will be required to include innovative approaches to blended learning — including design and delivery methodologies. The Service Provider will be required to provide quality assured competence based skills and knowledge training in line with CHS values and standards. CHS is currently working towards digital transformation and this will be a key factor in our training going forward. The Service Provider will be required to report on both qualitative and quantitative outputs and meet pre-set key performance indicators.
