Tender description

Rochdale Adult Care with Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group have been given the opportunity to commission specialist Residential provision for people with Dementia. With the significant amount of investment approved for refurbishment, the building will offer an opportunity for innovative and high quality service provision within this new service model. In addition to the Specialist Residential Provision there will be some CCG funded and council run services operating within the building that are not a part of this tender process but are aligned services aimed at achieving the overall outcomes of the service.
