Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise that Dublin City Council intends to initiate tender competitions in the coming months to seek Residential Developers to Develop Residential Units on the following Council Owned lands mentioned below under the proposal collectively known as ‘the Land Initiative’: 1. O'Devaney Gardens, Arbour Hill, Dublin 7. 2. Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock, Dublin 5. 3. St. Michael's Estate, Inchicore, Dublin 8. Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise the market that Dublin City Council intends to initiate tender competitions in the coming months to seek Residential Developers to Develop Residential Units on the following Council owned lands mentioned below under the proposal collectively known as the ‘Land Initiative’ : 1. O'Devaney Gardens, Arbour Hill, Dublin 7. 2. Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock, Dublin 5. 3. St. Michael's Estate, Inchicore, Dublin 8. Interested parties are reminded to monitor www.etenders.gov.ie and/or The Official Journal of the European Union (ted.europa.eu) for the individual competitions. It is anticipated that each project, if initiated, will be tendered for under separate procurement competitions. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition — a call for competition may be placed within the next 12 months. Dublin City Council does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice (PIN).
