Consultancy Service - Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Civil Engineering

Tender description

The contract will be in the name of Thirteen Housing Group Limited (a registered community and benefit society under number 7522) whose registered office is at North Shore, North Shore Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2NB Thirteen Housing Group Limited. The Group wishes to implement a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering Service to be provided by one or two Consultants. The contract will run for one (1) year with four (4) options to extend for further periods of twelve (12) months each, at the Group’s discretion and upon satisfactory performance of the Consultancy.
