Tender description

LTE Group is the parent body for The Manchester College. The College is looking to identify a location in Manchester City Centre to deliver on its aspirations for a new City Centre Campus to accommodate a scheme of circa 25 000- 30 000 m². The development could be the delivered in phases. The College is interested in talking to landowners and/or developers who can deliver a solution for the College. The site needs to be located on or within the Manchester Inner Ring Road (although alternative sites with equivalent ease of access from the City Centre will be considered) and have good access to public transport. The College are expecting to commence the procurement of a partner in Autumn 2017. At this stage initial occupation by the College is targeted by the beginning of the 2021/22 academic year. The anticipated new Campus will be in the region of 25 000- 30 000 m².
