Tender description
Maidstone Borough Council is conducting a tender exercise to appoint an operator for the new Mote Park Centre. This opportunity is being offered as follows: 1. To provide capital investment for the fitting out of the café and kitchen. 2. To assist in the development of the café/kitchen design as part of the design team pre construction. 3. To act as the sole operator of the new Mote Park Centre. (Due for opening in late 2019 or early 2020) for a minimum period of 15 years on a full and insuring (FRI) lease.
