Tender description

The works shall be carried out in the main school building at Beech Street Primary School. The building is a two storey building of brick construction. The works involve the replacement of the electrical mains distribution system, the general and emergency lighting systems, the small power system, external lighting systems, fire alarm system and class change system, as detailed within this specification and shown on tender drawings. The electrical installations within the adjoining After Hours Club are to be retained apart from the new fire alarm system.
