Tender description

Medway Council will appoint three (3) Contractors for an Enforcement Agents contract for the recovery of unpaid parking charges. The Contract Term is 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at its discretion subject to satisfactory performance. Each of the Contractors shall provide a comprehensive Enforcement Agent Service (the Service) to the Council and the residents of the Borough. The contract commencement date is 1.6.2017 and subject to the Council exercising its right to extend the Contract Term, will end at midnight on 31.5.2021. Medway Council conducted a procurement process to appoint 3 Contractors for an Enforcement Agents contract for the recovery of unpaid parking charges. Each of the Contractors shall provide a comprehensive Enforcement Agent Service to the Council and the residents of the Borough. The Contractors shall carry out all the functions necessary to provide the Service and to ensure the timely collection and payment of debts and associated fees, at all times in compliance with all relevant legislation, including statutes, regulations, Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) circulars and other relevant government circulars.
