Tender description

The provision of Project Management Services in connection with the design of new buildings and facilities for the MTC. Lot 1/ Project Manager Lot 2/ Cost Manager Lot 3/ Civil and Structural Engineer Lot 4/ Mechanical and Electrical Lot 5/ Lead Principle Designer Interested parties may bid for more than one lot but will not be awarded more than two lots. The two highest scores will be taken. Employers Agent/Project Management of the design and procurement stages and Contract Form of the Construction Stage for RIBA Work Stages o through to completion(including conclusion of defects rectification period). Quantity Surveying Services appropriate to the procurement method selected for RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Engineering Services including Civil and Structural or RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Mechanical and Electrical Services (including Quantity Surveying support for M&E works) and through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Architect for the design of construction projects (excluding Contract Administration) for RIBA work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period).
