The London Borough of Croydon invites suitable expressions of interest and participation from potential providers for the 603/2017PH Procurement of its 'Just Live Well Mental Health Service'. We intend to award this contract to one (1) strategic supplier for the delivery of the service. We anticipate that the contract will commence from September 2017 to the 31st March 2019 with the option to extend for an additional year. Just Live Well - Mental Health' is a 12 month behaviour change programme offering lifestyle modules in smoking cessation, weight management, physical activity, alcohol, emotional health and well-being and health promotion for people with serious mental health illness. The Provider is expected to use motivational interviewing (MI) to support their clients to develop awareness of their own motivation, and give them the opportunity to make their chosen behavioural change(s) - training will be available - and Providers will be expected to attend.
