17 087 Advertising Services - Public Notices

Tender description

Currently the Council has a contract with one company for the provision of the requirements detailed in this specification under Advertising Services. The Council is conducting a mini-competition under ESPO's Advertising and Communications Framework Agreement: 3A ("the Framework Agreement"). Any contract that is entered into will be in accordance with the overarching Framework Agreement and its terms and conditions, and in the form of the Client Body Agreement contained at the Framework Agreement Appendix 1, between the winning Bidder and the Council. This tender, the Council is also running a tender for the Public and Statutory Notices (Lot 2). Due to the different prices submitted to ESPO under each Lot, while ideally the Council wishes to have one supplier for both requirements, to ensure value for money we will also be keeping these requirements separate and evaluate them as separate contracts too. Lot 1 = Recruitment Related Lot 2 = Public and Statutory Notices The Council will enter into a 2 year contract for the provision of the services described in this document.
