Tender description

We're seeking a Fleet Management system to host the fleet database and to distribute automated service reminders, tax disc renewal and MOT test reminders. It is also used to record maintenance details and produce reports as well as a tool to charge both internal and external customers. Additionally the system will have a comprehensive vehicle hire, stores and fuel management facilities. 5 year license followed by 5 x 1 year options to extend.
