Tender description
The procurement followed a restricted procedure. The contract award was based on most economically advantageous tender. Landscape architect services required to deliver RIBA stages 4 - 7 to transform south east London's largest park. Works include the creation of a lake and wetlands, restoration of historic landscape and pleasure grounds. Following a two stage restricted procedure the London Borough of Lewisham has awarded a contract for Landscape architect services to deliver RIBA stages 4 - 7 of a Heritage Lottery Funded park regeneration project. The contract will run from May 2017 to May 2019 with a 12 months defects period to 1.6.2020.
