Tender description

North Lincolnshire Council has awarded a tender for an Organisational Development partner to work with us in our continuing programme of organisational development and culture change, as part of our ongoing transformation agenda. Through our combined efforts we will shape the council towards achieving improved outcomes — ensuring that North Lincolnshire is the best possible place to live, work, visit and invest. The OD partner will partner us in developing an OD strategy and plan, future internal OD capacity, as well as providing ongoing ‘strategic advice and direction’, we also require ‘on demand’ access to a range of consultancy/business advice and skills on a ‘call-off’ basis.
