St Helens Council Market Engagement for a Consignment Agreement for the Supply and Sale of Sportswear and Equipment

St. Helens Council is looking to sell sportswear and equipment in its three leisure centres via a consignment agreement. In advance of any potential Tendering exercise St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of Suppliers to meet this requirement. Please note following extensive consideration St Helens Council concludes that a consignment agreement is the only viable solution and will not be pursuing alternative options. Suppliers who have three years minimum experience of providing consignment agreements for sportswear and equipment are invited to complete and return the attached ‘Response Form’ via The-Chest no later than 22nd June 2017.
