Tender description

To provide Sunderland City Council’s in-house school meals provider with support and guidance in relation to the provision of special diets to children with medical conditions, allergies and intolerances. Specifically: • Annual analysis of new school meal menus and products / ingredients to provide a wide range of special diets to cover known allergies, intolerances and medical conditions, • Development of new special diets upon written requests to schools from a doctor or dietician, • Analysis of school and civic catering menus to ensure they meet the expectations of revised food labelling regulations Keywords: dietician
