Tender description

This PIN is a call for all interested parties who provide either a combined Finance, Payroll and HR software solution — or a single software solution for either Finance, Payroll or HR to engage with Nottingham City Council on behalf of themselves (NCC) and Leicestershire County Council (LCC) in soft market testing, prior to any public procurement. The software solution may be either cloud or on premise at this stage as we are looking at all the options in the market. Initially all parties will be requested to complete a simple questionnaire document, which NCC and LCC will review.
