North East Lincolnshire Council is approaching the market: — To inform and gain feedback from potential providers of service in ascertaining the needs of children and young people with speech, language and communication difficulties and their families. — To gather information regarding services offered by prospective providers of speech and language therapy (SALT) services matching possible provision to local need. This is not a call for competition. North East Lincolnshire Council are conducting this Preliminary Market Consultation to inform and gain feedback from potential providers of Speech and Language services to match possible provision to local need.
