The Big Lottery Fund is seeking to appoint a service provider to develop and create a ‘Learning Hub’ which will sit alongside the #iwill Fund. This will directly support two of the #iwill Funds key principles; to create a learning environment to share what works, as well as activities and approaches that haven't been as successful, ensuring that the funding helps to grow the knowledge of our partners and their delivery organisations And to ensure that funders are working collaboratively when investing in youth social action, ensuring less duplication and that there is investment where it is really needed. The estimated value of the contract is £930,000 including VAT and expenses for the estimated 44 months term. Bids in excess of this figure will be excluded as unaffordable. However, the Big Lottery Fund reserves the right to award further similar work and extend this contract for an additional year.
