We would like to work with a partner or partners to advise and administer surveys and data collation to understand the needs, resilience and outcomes for service users in universal settings. This is to help understand population and individual needs, and optimise our use of resources. This PIN is issued solely for the purpose of alerting the market to the Council's intention to engage with providers in this subject area.
