Provision of Sponsorship Agency Services

Tender description

The Department for International Trade (DIT) wishes to contract with a specialist sponsorship agency in order to significantly raise DIT's sponsorship revenue. We are seeking support to attract commercial revenue for DIT events that DIT cannot attract itself. We are seeking: - To work with an agency that has existing relationships and access to companies that would be interested in sponsoring DIT events; - A simple agreement that allows our appointed agency freedom to operate in a way that generates best results for DIT (so for example, DIT will not specify the types of company that we will / will not work with). However, we expect our appointed agent to recognise the position of government and to act in a manner consistent with all of the responsibilities that government has. Please note that the intention is for a 12 month contract with an option to extend by up to an additional 12 months. The estimated contract value (£80k) is for the full 24 month period.
