Provision of Client Side Project Management Services for Maximo Upgrade

Tender description

NIE Networks is planning to upgrade a key asset and work management system. The system functions as an asset register and maintenance record. Field staff record remedial work on mobile devices which in turn interface to the asset system. The project will consist of a technical upgrade of the system and the implementation of a new mobile component. It is a significant project which must be delivered successfully and with minimal risk to business as usual operations. NIE Networks wishes to engage the professional services of a Project Manager to co-ordinate and manage all client-side project responsibilities.
