Tender description
The Service was inspected by OFSTED in December 2017 and was judged good overall with some aspects being exemplary and outstanding. To support the Service on its journey to becoming an outstanding provider we are seeking to contract with a professional consultancy team who have recent and extensive experience of working within the Further Education and Skills sector and preferably who are currently Inspectors for this sector, to • undertake and report on an agreed number of OTLAs (paired and individual) and themed work scrutinies. • provide OTLA refresh training to observers linked to the Service revised OTLA process for ungraded observations • support the Learner Performance Manager to further develop the RAG rating system for ungraded observations • support Pathway Leaders with post-observation action planning and make recommendations for further development and improvement Keywords: consultancy, quality improvement, observation, teaching
