The exclusive design of the NanoSIMS50L allows reaching the lowest lateral resolution with the best detection limits and high throughput. To manufacture the NanoSIMS50L, CAMECA works with the following patents, related to the NanoSIMS50L exclusive design: — Patent related to ion sources design; — Patent related to ion microprobe design; — Patent related to the multi-collection system; — Patent related to the electron gun design for the analysis of an insulating sample.
