Tender description

Contract for the provision of helpdesk support and maintenance of housing management software system. Solihull Community Housing has upgraded its existing housing management software system and the migration of processes and data from the old system to the new is expected to have been completed by July 2017. System support and maintenance services are currently provided by the original system installer/provider and a new contract is now needed to accurately reflect the support and maintenance requirements of the new system. In the procurement of this contract Solihull Community Housing has applied the negotiated procedure without prior notification. For technical reasons the required system support and maintenance services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator (the original system installer/provider).
