Tender description
Worcestershire County Council requires doctors to undertake Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard (DoLS) assessments. As a result the Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of Doctors who wish to provide DoLS assessments. The specification and DPS Agreement set out the processes and what is required for Doctors who undertake the mental capacity, mental health or eligibility assessments. N/A.
