Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is inviting bids from organisations who would be interested in providing: Lot 1 — Rotherham's Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service that meets the needs of adult drug and alcohol users resident in Rotherham. Lot 2 — A Specialist Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service that meets the needs of adult drug and/or alcohol users aged 18 or over resident in Rotherham including those currently in custody e.g. planning for release who are identified as in need for drug and/or alcohol treatment.
