Tender description
A 5 year Framework is being developed for Independent Day Services in Cumbria. This will utilise an ‘Any Qualified Provider’ model and will offer our service users with a catalogue of Day Services in which they can attend. The Framework will be procured via the Light Touch Regime (LTR) from Public Contracts Regs 2015.
