Tender description

The purpose of this contract is to work with a search dog Contractor to: 1. Refine and test an effective method of training dogs to reliably detect weapons and explosives contained at various points around a vehicle, without the need to enter the passenger compartment. 2. Validate a certification test for vehicle search dogs, using dogs trained by the canine contractor under the above determined training methodology.
