Tender description

This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: publication and call for competition will be conducted once scope of work is fully defined and approved. DFID is considering all routes to market including the use of the wealth creation framework. Subject to Business Case approval, DFID Central Asia intends to publish a new competition opportunity in 2017 where we will be seeking partners for 2 new multi-million programmes to promote economic growth in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. DFID will be hosting an Early Market Engagement Event about the planned programmes and the services required from interested parties. The main objective is to elicit market views on the feasibility of the proposed delivery options and to discuss challenges and opportunities. The event will be in the form of a two hour session that will take place in DFID, 22 Whitehall, London, on Monday 3.7.2017 between 14:00 and 16:00. DFID will present the programmes, the proposed outputs and delivery channels, as well as a set of key questions to stimulate the discussion.
