This contract is for the provision of Tax Advice and related services covering all areas of taxation but principally; Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Duty, Land Tax and Employment Tax. This is a contract award notice. The Procurement process has now concluded. The contract is for the provision of Tax Advice and related services. Preparation and filing of the corporation tax self-assessment returns and computations for all Group companies. Preparation of tax estimates and disclosures for inclusion in the financial statements of all Group companies. Provision of retained advice for a fixed fee covering: (i) Ad-hoc queries of all tax areas, (ii) Quarterly tax update meetings attended by specialist advisors covering all main taxes where tax strategy current issues, emerging opportunities and any risks are considered, (iii) Monthly VAT surgery visit — attending Home Group's Head Office on a monthly basis to review current VAT issues and queries, (iv) Technical briefings and alerts with attendance at tax update seminars. Provision of more detailed advice based on agreed hourly rates with fee estimates or a fixed fee agreed up front. Preparation of iXBRL accounts.
