Employers Agent framework

Tender description

Greenfields is looking appoint up to five partners on a framework agreement to deliver Employers Agent and project management service on a number of residential new build schemes. The framework will last four years, and will cover a range of new build delivery approaches, including in-house delivery, land led sites, S106 schemes and open market sales The Framework Agreement will be open to Greenfields and PAE members (www.paessex.gov.uk) and will be set up on the basis that either a direct call-off procedure using the maximum price is used or by mini-competition on cost only for each works package.
