East London Study - microsimulation model and junction/ highway designs

LBC would like to employ a specialist transport consultant to undertake a piece of work ' East Luton Study ' microsimulation modelling and junction/ highway designs in accordance with the ITT and appendices ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. An advert will be placed attracting interest from suppliers, seeking expressions of interest, for a period of 5 days (expires 20.6.17 PM) 2. After which the ITT Invitation to Tender documents and Appendices will be released to a number of selected suppliers Expressing an interest 3. We reserve the right to terminate the advert early should we adequate interest, however the ITT documents once released must be returned within the time frame indicated on the portal 4. Any issues as to Portal functionality and training in use of the portal is the responsibility of the supplier and Proactis (Due North) 5.
